Sounds like things are looking up for you.

David Horton told me about "Horton Miles" so I'm not surprised that a 50 miler is actually 54 miles.

Get some S-Caps and use them in the hot weather to keep those electrolytes in check. Also go to the Western States 100 Web site at www.WS100.com and look at the section on hydration and running in heat. They have a very well written section by Lisa Bliss who was the women's winner at Badwater this year. She serves as the medical director for WS100.

Take care and stay cool!Journey to a Centumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06294889164059934956noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3856118913828941953.post-8855439831794728122007-08-31T15:34:00.000-04:002007-08-31T15:34:00.000-04:00green is my favorite color light. i'm so jealous ...green is my favorite color light. i'm so jealous you have one. today i have a yellow light but if i squint hard enough it almost looks green. :)

it's great that you're running so soon after that scare. i had no doubt you'd kick some serious boo-tay.Scott McMurtreyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05879663957608177567noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3856118913828941953.post-14147339083585490572007-08-31T12:36:00.000-04:002007-08-31T12:36:00.000-04:00I'm glad that everything came out alright ;D LOL ...I'm glad that everything came out alright ;D LOL at you and the treadmill.
