What woman wouldn't want this right? It promised that if you do the 20 minute workout 2 - 3 nonconsecutive days a week that you will see a "flat out hot difference" in just 30 days. So with that I removed the workout booklet and my little lab test will begin today. At the end of the 30 days I will post a before and after picture. I will also email the editor of WH to either thank them for my rock.solid.hot.abs or tell them they are full of bull.
So it is on....
On the running front I had two great runners this weekend.
Saturday - 3.5 miles on treadmill @ 8:41 pace / 20 minute spin circuit
Sunday - 12 mile trail run.
One week to go before the first 50k of the year. I can honestly say that I am excited about stepping up to the starting line. A few short runs this week and some yoga... then it will be time to travel.
