ROCK.SOLID.ABS - LAB TEST

So I am soaking in the tub reading my Women's Heath magazine and there it was right before me.  

ROCK.SOLID.ABS

What woman wouldn't want this right?  It promised that if you do the 20 minute workout 2 - 3 nonconsecutive days a week that you will see a "flat out hot difference" in just 30 days.   So with that I removed the workout booklet and my little lab test will begin today.  At the end of the 30 days I will post a before and after picture.  I will also email the editor of WH to either thank them for my rock.solid.hot.abs or tell them they are full of bull.

So it is on.... 

On the running front I had two great runners this weekend.  
Saturday - 3.5 miles on treadmill @ 8:41 pace / 20 minute spin circuit
Sunday - 12 mile trail run.  

One week to go before the first 50k of the year.  I can honestly say that I am excited about stepping up to the starting line.  A few short runs this week and some yoga... then it will be time to travel.

I am totally convinced that this cold is going to give me rock hard abs from coughing so much. My abs are KILLING me LOL. I'm really curious to see how this goes for you. Good luck chica!

It just depends HOW people do the exercises. Can't wait to see your results - I just hope you don't have to prove the editor wrong;-)

One week to go, you're going to do fine, in fact you'll do great, rest easy this week and start seeing yourself crossing the finsih line.

Damn, if that abs test works, I'll sign up!

You know, I 've always wonderd if a "real" person could ever really use some of those "get rich quick" workouts with any results , even close to the pictures they show.... :-)

You will do just fine with the new workout. Your picture of you that you posted, resembles my ex. That is not a bad thing, but your page popped up and I dropped my jaw.
