One Proud Parent

Headed out of town for a few days. Pictures of our trip will follow this weekend. More to come on that but I will say that I am one PROUD parent for my son who is now a United States Marine!!!!!!!

On the running front:
Monday: 3 mile run followed by Cycle class (60 minutes)
Tuesday: 8 mile run (8:34 pace) ** my pace was all of the place on this one
Wednesday: 6 mile run (8:22 pace) now we can hit the road!!!!

Also.... today marks ONE MONTH until MMTR!!
