First I will report that I RAN last night. With all of the bike reports lately I know most of you thought I had abandoned running all together. Not so..but I will admit I am really enjoying the saddle time right now. Running as been in the weekly range of 10 - 15 miles per week. Last night I ran 3 and it felt really good. I also hit the weigts with my son. Maintaing at least two weight sessions a week right now.
So I am overwhelmed with busy task right now. Work, volunteer task, life in general. I am going to take a short blog break for a few days. Will return next week.
