Just Breathe

Crazy week but I am proud to report that my workouts took place in between science fair projects, laundry, work, a sick child and tons of other things.

Quick recap:

Monday: Yoga - Recovery day following long run on Sunday.
Tuesday – 4 mile run on treadmill @ 8:50 pace / Upper body weights
Wednesday – 6 mile run on treadmill @ 8:41 pace / Yoga

Tonight we are having dinner with David and Mendy…and Grace. This is long overdue and I am looking forward to it! Pizza and a nice cold beverage :)

Tomorrow I have a 4 mile run and Saturday will be 12 miles on the trail. I always find it hard once a race approaches. For weeks you ramp up the miles and once you start the taper it almost seems like you have too much tome on your hands.

Excited about the upcoming race more and more each day.

It's a balancing act for sure! Great job getting it all in!

Do me a favor and give Mendy a hug from me and....punch David in the arm.

I trump your science fair projects, laundry, work, a sick child and tons of other things...
with two sick kids, laundry, MIL/FIL visiting and B2B weekends.

J/K I love it...apart from all the Kleenex and having to run on the treadmill while everyone naps!

Keep up the good work Robin! Trust me between family & other obligations I'm sure you'll find ways to fill in the taper time.

What a blast we had last night and you're right - long overdue. We've GOT to do that more, or we can just watch re-runs of the office?

Very fun time! We've missed you guys.

Glad you got to have dinner with them. They are really nice people. I am glad to have met them in AZ this past month. Great job on fitting in working out with all the other things that a parent must do.

Nice job fitting in all the workouts. Tapers are always tough, but don't overdo it. Have fun at dinner.

It was great getting really hammered (okay, just really full from pizza) with you and Scott! And thank goodness you pinched my arm, instead of punching my arm. Why's J~Mizzle hatin on me?
