Passing It On...part 3

This has been one of those weird weeks. The kind of weeks that you blink and realize that it is Friday. Last night I attempted to post and my internet was being a bigger headache than it was worth. Will take another shot at it this weekend. I have a product review coming, a shout out for an awesome goodie package that arrived to me (thanks Nick), and spotlight on my chief/nutritionist (aka my husband Scott).

A promised, I have another Passing It Forward….
If you need tons of information on planning for your next marathon training than this book is for you!

Again, same rules apply:
1. Item is FREE
2. If you would like the item you can leave a comment on this post or send me an email
3. If more than one person shows interest in the item I will draw names and contact the person on their blog or email them by Monday,12noon.
4. Mail the item to the recipient.

All I ask is that you not ask for an item that you cannot use.

On the workout front:
My runs continue to stay in the 8:45 per mile pace for my Zone 2 heart rate training. Sometimes I am able to lower the pace and still have the same outcome in energy output but for the most part this has been my average. Seeing and feeling improvement is driving me forward. Scott and I went for a fantastic ride yesterday. Hills are at every turn here in Greenville so the heart rate would spike a bit but quickly settle back into selected range.

Next week begins a Master’s Swim program that I will attend 2-3 times per week. I am both excited and nervous about this new class. Wonder if people will be able to see me crying in the water… lol!!

Lastly, I want to thank those of you that donated to the charity ride for Team Harper!!!! YOU ALL ROCK!!! I am more than touched by this amazing generosity. The logo and link will remain in the top right of my blog until the event if you wish to help.

Put me in the hat for the book, please :)

I keep thinking I want to try masters. I ultimately think I suck at swimming though

I would like to put my name in for the book. I am running the Go! St. Louis marathon in April. I also pay the gift forward and pass a book of my own on if I win :)

This is such a great idea! Don't put me in for the book, though! I've got several that I still need to read.

Looking forward to running this weekend!
hugs,
Susan

Ad me to the list for the book. I gobble down books on run training like candy!

Ahhhh... zone 2 at an 8:45 pace. Le sigh... I can only wish. :o) Keep up the great work!

Crying in the water? I'm there with ya, but you'll do fine. I've GOT TO get in the water.

I have an older edition of that book already so don't need it but just wanted to say w00t on your running. And as far as crying in the pool, I've found that my goggles fill up :-)
