The Winner Is.....

So the drawing has taken place for the Fuel Belt and the winner is……..

Shannon!!!!

Email me your mailing address and this baby will be in the mail to you today. I wish I had more belts to pass along but next Sunday I will post the next giveaway so be on the lookout. This little projects is proving to be too much fun for me.

Heart Rate Training week one has been completed. For the record this is my first time training in this way. To be very honest I had reservation about it BUT after just one week I noticed the following positive outcomes:

· Keeping within the Zone range kept my mind busy and the time flew by
· My energy felt even the entire run or ride. I felt like I was in better control of my pace

After going to multiple sites I feel confident that I have accurate ranges for each zone. I am really looking forward to seeing the benefits of training in way. Now on to my next week. :)

You can always pop up into a higher zone if you want, but its best to stick to the plan! :-)

Way to go Robin. I am a big believer in the exertion based training approach. Keep on rocking, and have fun the entire time.
