Liquid FIVE

In an effort to not repeat the same post over and over…. I Ride… I Run I thought today I would post my Favorite Five Liquid Loves….

1. Starting my morning with a Cup Of Love is the only way for me.



2. Chamomile Mint Tea at 1:30pm like clockwork for an afternoon break.



3. Water… need I say more. Tons of water.



4. Cytomax Recovery Sports Drink. Tangy Orange for me.



5. NEW (to me) Michelob Ultra Fruit Infuser Beer. Tuscan Orange 107 calories.

So rain has moved in today and with that brings a trainer ride tonight following a brief/wet run. This weekend rides are shaping up nicely. Our team will be doing a 66 miles ride with plenty of hills on Saturday. Sunday will be a recovery ride and then we start the fun all over again.

BRING IT.

I drink 3 liquids, Gatorade, beer, and the occasional diet mountain dew if I need a pick me up and am feeling extreme. But pretty much I dehydrate myself with beer, then rehydrate with Gatorade, then repeat over and over again...
