On another subject.... I would say that I eat a rather healthy diet. Love me some fresh veggies!!! Fried items never touch my lips. Not big on chips. Doing good limited the alcohol intake these days. So why am I having withdraws from carving out the sugars? Was I taking in more than I thought and now my body is protesting?! Four days into this and I just caught myself sucking on a honey packet that I used in my afternoon tea. At least it made me laugh.
