This Could Hurt

103.8 miles…….. 11,230 vertical feet of climbing………

What could this be? Six Gap Century, September, 26th

This will take some focused training to be where I want to be for this ride. Another large group of our cycling family will be traveling to this event and well…. Scott and I are in!! No way we are being left out. So come on Wes and any other crazy that is ready to mark this one off of your list.

kinda looks like the Death Ride in California...5 mountain passes, 15,000 ft of climbing...wow...you are all machines.

I might be in for the 50. That is the day after my b-day and I always try to find a challenge around that time. I don't think I could handle the full century. It is on my list of things I'd like to do at some point, especially since it starts
less then 30 min from my house

I've certainly heard about 6 Gap but never seen an elevation profile. Wow, definitely not for weak legged!

I've done this ride twice and love it. Better than assault on Mitchell in several ways. You ride back to the start line which is nice. Climbs are spread out throughout ride. Great scenery and comradarie. May try to make it this year too. Oh yea great gap names too- hogpen rules.
