These were the words my 15 year old said when I asked for a hug tonight. I see nothing wrong with this request. Anyone that rides a trainer in a garage for just under 2 hours would be.... well.... rank. I survived the boredom and earned the right to chase him around the house with the threat of touching him.
Now I am off to shower.....
Have a great weekend! I am on for an 80 mile ride on Saturday and an 60 mile on Sunday. Loving it all.

Amazing how pleasurable the little things can be. Hard ride, warm shower, sound sleep. Have some good, hard riding coming up this weekend myself. Race you! ;D
