Smack Talk Pose before a run a few months agoLast year when our son was stationed at Cherry Point Marine Station in NC we (I) began a little smack talk after learning that they hold their own Half Marathon on base each year. SO over this past year we hammered each other about this run and how each of us will smoke the other.
Smack Talk Examples:
ME: I am going to hate smoking you in front of your Marine buddies
Kenny: Maybe they have a route for Senior Citizens
ME: If you find it too hard and start crying just suck it up and keep moving
Kenny: Since you will be walking most of it we need to find out what time the course cut-off time is

Last night Kenny called to inform me that the date is March 27th.... GAME ON!!! :)
As most of you know I am cycling my butt off these days to prepare for my first Spring Race in 3 WEEKS. Thankfully I have been running some. So in a nut-shell this girl will be doing both…. training for both…. And along the way there will be more smack talk.

I know I say this all the time, but I just love your relationship with your boys. I think it is awesome.

Oh it is on now! Nothing makes me happier to see someone beating another person who SHOULD be much faster.
What's the punishment for the loser?
