Well the fine folks at MIX1 sent me a case of YUMMY protein drinks to enjoy and try out. The box arrives and it takes me no time to rip it open and begin enjoying . To no surprise my son and husband were not such a fan of the drinks but if you knew their taste you would understand J.

now is the time to experiment and find out what works for you, nutrition-wise. so you can train with the same nutrition all summer. this is KEY to a successful finish, believe me. my coach drilled it into my head.
