I think my husband enjoys when I am down and out. It is the only time that I am not cleaning, training, or just in general on the run. Since last Thursday I have basically been enjoying a concoction of prescription drugs without much care as to what I was missing in the world around me. Even this morning I am feeling the effects of the left-over drugs that I took late yesterday afternoon. What I would give to sleep for an hour or two right now. :)
So week #10 ends with several missed sick days. With sounds of my chest congestion still lingering this morning I may end up opting for some yoga love tonight and then just pick up from there easing back into training. This week is a recovery week so I am taking it all in stride. Next week is “game on” as I enter an entire new section of training and building.
I should be good and hungry by then!
