A Part of ME

If you have been close enough to me these past two weeks I would have mentioned at some point that my legs needed CPR.  I have been tapping them out during these peak weeks and the hole I am digging is pretty deep.  Coach says he will let me out soon and I trust him in what he says.

The weeks are becoming a blur or rinse and repeat but I am loving it all!  During the week you will find my bike permanently planted on the trainer in the garage with my running shoes lined up nicely ready for my feet to slip in them for a run off of the bike.  Swim bag packed with written workouts.  Bottles are washed and Garmin is charged and ready to go. I like this routine.  It has become a part of me.

So as the weeks flash by me faster and faster I only wish I could slow it down some.  Savoir it like fine wine.

Yes, this is a great feeling isn't it? I just told Heather over the weekend that I can't fathom how fast time is going this summer... I can't figure it out.

So far things have worked out for us. This next week is going to be a huge one for us. Long runs and bikes during the week and on the weekends haha. Crap.

The trainer knows no forgiveness... no coasting, no stopping at lights or signs or waiting for cars. Pure workout 24/7.

Keep up the awesome work!!!

Well, I hope your coach gives you a break soon so your legs can recover. Mine are tired too. Time flies so fast when you're training so much. Keep up the good work!
