Now into our second week of maintenance/foundation training, Scott and I are getting into a nice groove. I love this stage….where everything is new, exciting, and fresh. Who am I kidding…I LOVE EVERY STAGE!
For the next few weeks our days will look much like this:
Monday – run/weights
Tuesday – cycle
Wednesday – run/weights
Thursday – cycle
Friday – OFF
Saturday – run
Sunday – cycle
We will also begin to add swimming into the mix. Really trying to keep things light and fun. Plenty of time to become focused on a detailed plan leading up to our first Half Iron event together in May. Did I mention that we have a group of 7 forming this crazy bunch of Tri craziness? Some are new to the Tri arena where others are coming back for another Ironman repeat. This is going to be an amazing journey together!!
Dinner from last night… Salad with boiled eggs, cheese, oatmeal crusted chicken, and oil and vinegar dressing. YUMMY GOODNESS and only around 500 calories.
Thrilled to report that I DID NOT have any Halloween candy yesterday. Trick is to buy candy that you are not so crazy about. I learned this after eating almost an ENTIRE bag the week before.... ;)

That salad looks soooo good! Who needs candy with a dinner like that!
