Cycle with a little Running

I am growing to enjoy the group riders on Tuesday more and more. Scott and I joined up with a group of 20 riders and rode the hills along the countryside on Tuesday. It was fantastic!!!!! We truly had the best time. I hammered up some great, long hills and felt strong. We chose a 21 mile loop this week but once we finished Scott and I both felt so great that we wished for more.

On Wednesday I went for my second run of the week. I ran 2 miles at a 9:22 pace. No pain. Loved it. Jump into my circuit training and was able to add 1 more mile collectively on some a 10% incline at a 9:44 pace. The plan I am following continues to challenge me but with anything I am seeing improvement.

I have been totally swamped this week but I promise to make my blogs rounds today and see what all you peeps are up to.

With all the ladies in that group, I'm surprised Scott even wanted to be there at all! LOL

Hopefully I'll make it out next Tuesday for a nice ride.

Looks like a great area to ride!! I sure wish I could pick up my speed enough to ride with a group!

I try to ride with a group as much as I can. Besides being safer, I find it makes the ride go by quicker.

Looks like our Church group will not be meeting on Tuesday night, so David may be able to join in on a group ride. I may be riding Donaldson this weekend with a friend. Looking forward to getting on the real roads for a change!

Tow comments on a post that's five days old only means one thing; trouble!
